There are seven Study Areas. Each contains a number of Building Blocks (subjects)
to help you construct a better understanding in that area.

Each Building Block comprises several Modules (lessons), which make up the substance of the Foundations educational material. The writing style is deliberately simple and straightforward.

Foundations is a work in progress. Much of the detail is still under development by our team of writers. The site's content will grow over the coming months as we examine more areas and create thought-provoking studies.

While there is a general course structure, each module is self-contained, so you are free to progress in whatever order and to whatever extent you wish.
