Deadly Typhoon Mirinae hits Vietnam
At least 16 people have been killed after Typhoon Mirinae tore through central Vietnam before weakening into a tropical storm.

provinces. Many are still missing.
Phu Yen province was the worst hit.
Coffee growers have also been badly affected.
Vietnam is the world's second-largest coffee producer after
Brazil.
But the typhoon has threatened the harvest, dumping rain on the
central highlands.
Crew men on Chinese cargo ship Lucky Dragon were more
fortunate.
12 were rescued after the vessel ran into problems and sank.
Mirinae had already caused havoc in the Philippines killing at
least 19 people.
The national weather bureau predicts more rain in the next 24
hours.
Mirinae is now heading to Cambodia but it's weakened to a
tropical storm.
